31/03/11 - Hula sponsors Wide Days and hosts Rachel Sermanni live and acoustic at the juice bar.
This intimate gig will take place at Hula on Wed 6th April at 4pm.

Wide Days, the Edinburgh music event happening on 07 April 2011, brings together experienced music industry figures with those working at grassroots level. It combines daytime seminars and workshops with evening club-hopping around Edinburgh’s Old Town. Hula is sponsoring this superb event, and is also hosting Rachel Sermanni playing an acoustic set (Wed 6th April at 4pm)

Last year Wide Days featured leading digital music experts, PRS chief economist Will Page discussed the future of the industry while a management seminar included representatives for Stevie Wonder, Primal Scream, The View, Texas and Broken Records.

Acts that showcased last year included Aaron Wright & The Aprils, Carrie Mac, Found and Panda Su amongst others, with many going on to play key festivals later that year. All tickets for the event sold out. 2011 acts include Rachel Sermanni, Letters, Withered Hand, PAWS, Capitals and GoGoBot. Rachel Sermanni was one of the buzz acts at last year’s goNorth and Celtic Connections 2011. Mumford & Son’s Ben Lovett produced the track ‘My Friend Fire’ and invited Rachel to join the band on their Highland tour before she left for SXSW. One to watch, closely!

Come and join us for the intimate gig in the unusual setting of Edinburgh’s finest juice bar.
