About Us
hula® was established in 2007 as a juice bar.. the first in Edinburgh!
hula® continues to be a juice bar but has evolved into something much more! We thrive to deliver healthy, authentic and fresh food and drinks every day. We aim to be an “island in the city” where you can come and relax while enjoying amazing food and drinks that nourish your body at the same time. We are not for the faint-hearted, our menu is dynamic and is ever changing to bring you the best that is out there!
We are a small café with a big heart and vision – we stand by our values of giving you the best experience and therefore customer service is paramount (just ask any of our #hulagans).
We are very environmentally conscious.. indeed we are a plastic-free zone!
We also stand by our community, all our food is sourced locally, including the coffee which is roasted here in Edinburgh– did you know that all our menu is available take away?
